⚠️ All Sales Are Final — No Returns, No Exchanges

At Truss City, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Why No Returns?

Our stage equipment, truss systems, lighting, and audio products are specialized commercial items. Due to the nature of these products — including custom configurations, heavy/oversized shipping requirements, and safety standards — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review all product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully.
  • Verify compatibility with your existing equipment and setup.

  • Double-check quantities, sizes, and configurations in your cart before checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
